Returns and Refunds

The Worldwide Mama  Crew prides itself on making returns and exchanges super easy.

WWMC products go through strict quality control measure. Should you recieve a product that has slipped through the cracks and is faulty- please send an email to katie@worldwidemamacrew.com. In your email please include a picture of the damage, your name and order number.

 

If you would like to exchange an item because of wrong sizing, please return the unworn item to:

and include a note with your address details, the size you wish to exchange.

 

Exchanges are unavailable on sale items. You are welcome to still follow the above process but you will be issued a store credit voucher instead of a direct exchange.

Please note, some items, especially limited edition products, sell out quickly. In the instance that you wish to exchange an item that has sold out you will be issued a store credit voucher to spend on whatever you like :)
